Before Passione Pizza was born here in America, our family owned and ran a pizzeria in La Spezia, Cinque Terre since 1986. We have been continually studying and developing our products to perfect the oldest and most delicious meal in history . . . the pizza! We know so much about pizza because it’s our Passione. 


In 2012 Passione Pizza was established out of this love for the perfect pizza crust. From this desire, we created our classic pizza dough recipe with a special blend of flour inspired by an ancient Italian recipe, using only the top-notch organic  American grains. We let our dough rise for several days in a controlled environment with fixed temperature. You can really taste the difference this makes in every bite. 


We offer a wide range of pizza and pasta dough flours, pizza dough balls and ready to go pre-baked pizzas. Passione prides itself on being an organic pizza company that offers gluten-free and sprouted grain dough balls. Our Organic Gluten-Free crust is composed of California’s home-grown sweet rice, white rice, and brown rice flours.
